MR ADEGOKE NATHANIEL
Nathaniel Adegoke is a trained management consultant that has delivered several hundred hours of training and consultancy. With over eight years experience of working within consultancy and projects environment he has been able to make a name for himself both in Nigeria and in the UK. Nathaniel has a degree in Computer Science and is also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). He holds an MBA from Xavier University in Netherlands Antilles and has worked within several project teams across various sectors including financial services, telecommunication, Aviation, NGOs, and the UK Central Government.
Nathaniel has successfully implemented projects worth several millions of dollar for the UK Government and also prepared a cost logic system for the calculation of the total cost of all OrangeTM Telecommunication’s projects and investments. His product is to be adopted as a standard pricing system within this global organisation. He also delivered a complete Process Engineering and Project Structure for a Nigerian company with annual N8billion turnover. He is also an accredited PRINCE2®Practitioner and the only APMG approved PRINCE2®trainer in West Africa.
His major areas of competence and specialization in Project Management include: Project Controls (Schedules, Cost, and Resources), Project Quality Assurance/Control conformance, Process Engineering, Strategic planning and strategy implementation, Risk Management, Control and Analysis, Project Supervision and Conformance, Earned Value Analysis and Management and Training and Competence Development. He is also highly proficient at using and training various Project Management and Control tools such as: Primavera, Pert master, Crystal Ball 2000, Ms Projects, etc
MR DAVID ROBERTS
David Roberts has 20 years’ strategic management and business development experience. He has worked in partnership with many public and private sector organisations, and extensively with the NHS and DHL Worldwide Express & logistics, since May 2001. He has provided professional training for literally thousands people, through in-company courses across the world and open courses in London and Bournemouth. David is a Registered Consultant with APMG and completing project consultancy and coaching assignments resulting in change using project environments, from which the company has taken its name.
David has an extensive management background, working for over 10 years in health, in a number of challenging positions in UK and overseas. Prior to establishing CUPE was working in Germany as Director, British Forces Germany Health Services. This Chief Executive level post was responsible for the provision of an Anglo-German healthcare system, serving 60,000 British Servicemen and families. Previously, at Welsh Office, and in the NHS, David also has management experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. Previously, he was a Senior Lecturer in Marketing and Business Strategy at Sheffield Hallam and Salford University, where he undertook management training and worked as an academic business consultant for over 5 years and held a joint NHS MU position at Newcastle University before returning to management positions. He has commercial experience at Rover group, British Telecom Sanofi Pharma, and GlaxoSmithKline.
Born in Cambridge in 1957, David is married with three children, educated at Heversham Grammar School in the South Lakeland and graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 1980, with a science based Business Degree. He completed his MBA at Sheffield Business School in 1987 and an Executive Development course at Ashridge Management College (2001)
MR OLADEJI O. OLAWALE
Oladeji Olawale has over 10 years experience in project management and controls; over 7 years experience as a project manager / project Management & Control Coordinator. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certified project manager. Oladeji is a Chemical Engineering (B.Eng) graduate from the University of Benin, Nigeria and Masters degree in Construction Project Management from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. UK.
Working experience that span both in Nigeria and overseas; as Project Manager for a $25.5 million Maritime Operational and security compliance project for Port and Offshore facilities (ISPS Code Compliance project), Project manager for EPC, EPIC and EPCM oil and gas, energy and utilities projects; and developed a Cost and Resource and Risk Monitoring Technique that saved over 10.5% cost of a LNG design project, using the CTR, Offshore Project Manager on Floating Production Storage Offloading facilities (FPSO) such as: MYSTRAS (Agip Energy), FALCON (Exxon Mobil) and BOP (Exxon Mobil), Installation and commissioning of equipments, consultancy on performance audit and improvement.
Project Team memberof BALMORAL Integrity Project, UK – Pipeline & Facility Inspection and Asset Management, Project Manager for an International Port Facility Security Code Compliance (ISPS) and Implementation project for Port and Offshore facilities for Exxon Mobil, AENR, NPA (Calabar), ADDAX and TOTALFINAELF; Team member (Construction Senior Project Engineer/Facility Shutdown planner) for construction and operation of a 12000 Ton Bitumen tank farm, valued at over $23.5 million. Kicked off his career as Project construction engineer for a $30m Petrochemical plant: (Bitumen tank, storage and processing plant) construction project as a Project Controls Engineer/Project Coordinator for a $30.75 million FPSO (In-Country) Project (USAN FPSO).
MR OLUMIDE OMOJUYIGBE
Olumide Omojuyigbe specializes in enterprise leadership development. He is a social entrepreneur, consultant, workshop facilitator; prolific writer; conference speaker, and transformation strategist. He sits on the board of several companies and has been responsible for delivering projects of varying magnitude and complexities. With an analytical mind germane to his background in Chemical Engineering he has a compelling speaking style which moves his listeners beyond knowledge into an experience of truth. He is an alumnus of the UNDP Enterprise Development Workshop and has participated in several capacity building programmes including at the Lagos Business School.
