Terms and Condition

PUBLIC COURSES: PROJECT PEOPLE Ltd, hold ‘Public’ courses at various locations around the country. At each course PROJECT PEOPLE Ltd will use a suitable venue and will provide an Approved Trainer.

 ALL materials supplied remain the property of PROJECT PEOPLE Ltd or her Business Partners until payment is received in full. Copyright exists on all materials supplied in any form. Copying, transfer or storage by whatever means may only be performed with the express written permission of the Directors of PROJECT PEOPLE Ltd.

 PROJECT PEOPLE Ltd reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any public course. Delegates not able to attend a ‘Re-scheduled’ course will be refunded the invoiced value, less the value of any non-returned or opened ‘pre-course’ materials.

 When the ‘Public’ Course is ‘Residential’, PROJECT PEOPLE Ltd will reserve a hotel room for the duration of the course. This will be confirmed in our ‘Joining Instructions’ issued to each Delegate at least two weeks prior to the event.

 Due to VAT charges and exchange rates booking an overseas course on line does not guarantee you a place on the course or the price quoted. All overseas course bookings will be approved manually, and the price and vat confirmed. If an overseas course is required please call to discuss the options for payment and confirm availability.
